Austin Bike Tours and Rentals started as Austin Cycle School. Travis and Tony bought a van and took 4 customers at a time to ride bikes downtown. We designed the basic tour format using our experience as Lady Bird Lake tour guides, knowledge of local businesses and bike ways, and a desire to connect tourists with our favorite Austin activities. Thanks to our passion for bicycles and a deep love of our hometown, you have the chance to experience this one-of-a-kind city in a one-of-a-kind way. Now we offer rentals too. Save money on rentals by touring with us first. Rental rates are half of what you'd normally pay when you do one of our tours. If you're not satisfied with your experience at ABTAR, we'll gladly refund you.
